GENERAL INFORMATION

This Privacy Policy describes the ways the company Marta Ferri Srl, VAT No. 09895730969, registered with the Chamber of Commerce Milan (“Marta Ferri” or the “ Company”), in its capacity as data controller, processes personal data of Users (hereinafter “Users”) of the website www.martaferri.com (the “Website”).

The Users’ personal data will be processed in compliance with Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003, no. 196 (“ Personal Data Protection Code”) and, in particular, in compliance with the principles of necessity, transparency, fairness and proportionality of the data processing.

This Information Notice is drafted pursuant to Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code.

TYPE OF DATA

Browsing Data. IT systems and software procedures in charge of the correct functioning of the Website may collect, during their normal activity, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in internet communication protocols (such as IP addresses of the devices used by Users, time of access and other parameters relating to the operating system of Users). Although this information is not collected in order to be associated to identified subjects, for its own nature, through processing and in combination with third party’s data, it may lead to identify Users. This type of data is used with the only purpose of gathering statistic and anonymous information on the use of the Website and to assure its correct functioning and are immediately erased after the processing. The above mentioned data may be used to determine potential criminal liability arising from computer crimes to the Company’s prejudice.

Personal Data Provided by the Users Voluntarily. Requests or messages sent by Users voluntarily will cause the acquisition by the Company of the IP address of Users, necessary to respond to the requests and massages of Users, and of the other personal data included in the messages or requests. Specific summary information will be provided on the Website in relation to specific services requested.

VOLUNTARY TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA

Except as provided of browsing data, Users are free to provide personal data requested in the forms available on the Website. If Users opt not to provide the personal data requested, they may not be able to obtain the service requested.

COOKIES

A cookie is a small piece of text which sent to a browser and saved by the browser of the User when visiting a website. The Website uses the following technical cookies:

Session cookies : they are used to ensure the correct functioning of the Website and to show the content of the Website recognizing the language and the country of the Users. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted when User logs off from the Website and closes the browser;

Analytic cookies : the Website uses cookies of Google Analytics (Google, Inc.) to process statistical analysis on the usage of the Website by Users. IP addresses of Users are anonymized before being saved by Google Analytics.

The Website does not use persistent cookies or other tracking technologies.

USERS’ RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO THEIR PERSONAL DATA

In particular, at any time Users shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, to be informed of the content and source of personal data, the purpose and modalities of processing, the identity of the data controller and of the person responsible of data processing, as well as of the persons (or classes of persons) to whom personal data may be communicated. In addition, Users have the right to check the accuracy or ask for updating, rectification, or integration of the data. According to the same Article, Users shall have the right to obtain erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data that has been proceeded unlawfully, as well as to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds to the proceeding of their personal data.
